(All ages, Free) Kicking off Earth Day with a celebration of life at Green Zebra Environmental Action Center, featuring the work of multi-media artist, Amy Seidman (aka AmesEla), including an exhibit of her photography documenting "The Great LA Clean Up," the grass roots response to the LA Riots of 1993. She will lead a discussion of the intersection of music, digital media, and technology to inspire people around nature and culture, then put those ideas into practice with a reception serenaded with music inspired by Nature and performed by Amy and friends on instruments of the forest (including my frequent collaborator, Eah, on celtic harp, and myself on cello).
Come enjoy friends, meaningful conversation, photography, cocktails, and music. We are accepting donations for The Encanto Project, a film and education project around sustainability practices in Costa Rica.
(The event is on the ground floor of Crocker Galleria, Suite #9, across from Tully's Coffee.)
