(21+, $12 Cover) Blue Rabbit is featured at Café du Nord (Yelp) under the auspices of the 10th annual GoGirlsMusicFest. This nationwide festival showcases music by independent female musicians and this year benefits maternity homes: "More than just a shelter, a maternity home offers a loving, homelike environment to women and teens who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy with nowhere to go. They provide counseling and a variety of classes from parenting, to budgeting, to life skills and more so she can regain control of her life and prepare for motherhood as a strong, independent woman." The San Francisco event benefits Mary's House in San Pablo. Also performing tonight: Monica Pasqual (of Blame Sally), Tiffany Petrossi, Deborah Crooks, and Valerie Orth. Blue Rabbit won't start till 11pm.
